1. What standard input voltages are supported? Can the fan be compatible with our system power supply?

Our fans support common DC voltages such as 5V, 12V, 24V, and 48V, suitable for most industrial systems. Custom voltage options are available upon request. Please share your power specifications or system diagrams—we can assist in electrical compatibility evaluation.

2. How is the noise performance? Are the fans suitable for low-noise industrial environments?

 Our fans use high-quality hydraulic or dual-ball bearings, with noise levels ranging from 20–35dBA, making them ideal for medical devices, telecom equipment, and other noise-sensitive applications. Fan speed can be reduced via PWM to further lower noise.

3.Can the fan be installed in any orientation? Will vertical installation affect the lifespan?

Fans with ball or hydraulic bearings support installation in any orientation without affecting performance. However, sleeve-bearing models are not recommended for vertical installation due to potential lubricant migration.
